Recipe: Tempe special- household favourite

This is what I cooked this afternoon for my hubby and girls. They enjoy it very much and is easy to prepare.

1 packet tempe (fermented soya beans)
1 small packet suhoon (clear vermicelli)
A handful of anchovies
Oyster sauce, dark and light soya sauce and cooking oil.

Slice the tempe thinly and fry it until golden, then take out and put aside. Put the suhoon in a container and pour boiling water over it to soften it, then drain.

Fry anchovies until brown and crispy then take out and put aside.

Put onions in a little oil and fry until fragrant, then add suhoon, and the sauces to the mixture and stir fry until dark brown in colour. Then add in the anchovies and fried tempe. 

Stir fry until evenly covered with soya sauce mixture.
Take out and serve...

I made a big bowl, but in one sitting, my family members finished it all in one shot..
