42-42-42, the simple secret of keeping fit, without going to the gym.

According to both Jack La Lanne and also Joe Girard (the world's greatest salesman), the very simple secret of keeping fit is just cutting down starch, eating more protein and fruit , eating bran for breakfast, fasting once a week and well, doing the following:-
42 situps every morning and every night,
42 pushups every morning and every night from a position on your knees,
42 bicycle kicks every morning and every night from a position on your back.


I just started that regime with the hope of toning down the extra flab in my body.. So wish me luck.. :-p
