Yumthé tea, the premium tea choice!!!

Tea arrived in Britain back in the 17th Century A.D after coffee and was made popular there... and it came from byChina.

It was first presented to Charles II, but his wife Catherine of Braganza fell in love with it and made it popular at the social gatherings.

The British weather naturally contributed to the popularity of tea since it is simply so pleasant having a cup of tea on a cold day....

Because of this, the word ‘tea’ was also a British invention. The original Chinese word ‘Tcha’ went from ‘Tay’ to ‘Tee’ till the British started to spell it as ‘Tea’.

Anyway, who does not appreciate a cup. of good tea which can be full of antioxidants and also nutritious and calming.. not me... so when I was introduced to Yumthé tea, I was delighted...

Yumthé is founded by a tea family in Hong Kong... the brand uses 100% natural, organic herbs and tea, to assist our body in absorbing the nutrients...

Each Yumthé blend is infused with Chinese and Western natural herbs, it's more than just a drink, and contains the essence of nature and nutrients to keep you healthy in the easy way...

I got a selection of 4 different tea boxes... the Beauty Tea, Yerba Mate Tea, Soothing Tea and a box of Herbal Mix....

The Beauty Tea contains selected premium ginger, lemongrass, nettle leaves and fennel and it is rich in vitamins...

- Nettle leaves can be used as a natural diuretic component.

- Lemongrass helps your body excrete toxins by increasing your frequency of urination.

- Ginger contains high antioxidant.

- Fennel can also promote digest system, increase gastrointestinal mobility.

The Yerba Mate Tea consists of blended Java tea and South American yerba mate which are rich in vitamins and fibers,  traditionally used to maintain your digestive system and help reduce uric acid level.

- Java tea is also called orthosiphon stamineus, it protects liver and assists in regulating kidney function as well as improve vascular function.

- Yerba mate is a nutritional powerhouse loaded with vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

The Soothing Tea comes with the tender floral aroma of delicate rose blossoms and jasmine, will help balance your body and relieve tension.

- Jasmine and roses are rich in vitamins which can balance endocrine, blood replenishment; the nutrients and aroma help relieve stress and depression.

- Licorice root is used to soothe gastrointestinal problems, soothes your stomach and cleanses your respiratory system.

And the Herbal tea mix is a mixture of different teas inside which you can enjoy such as the Beauty Tea, Dragon Cloud Tea, Refresh Tea, Soothing Tea, Evening Tea, Chakra Guava Tea and Chakra Mate Tea ... you get 2 pyramids/tea bags of each of the tea in the box...

How to drink this... Just pour about 300 ml to 350 ml of hot boiled water over the tea bag... Let the tea bag steep and brew in the tea cup or bottle for about 5 minutes...

Then you can remove the tea bag and indulge your senses with a healthy herbal tea...

You really have to try Yumthe teas they are premium in taste and quality and I just love the different aromas and distinct flavour of each cup...
