Maggi mee curry - a quick and delicious meal

Maggi mee instant noodles is always a welcomed savior when: (pick one, depending on the situation)
a)  after a busy day at work, tired and stressed, and in need of a quick meal. . .
b)  a quick pick me up supper. . .
c)  when one has some financial constraints. . .
d)  a quick snack
e)  great for whipping up a quick meal for guests. . .
f)   etc, etc. . .

The curry flavoured one is especially my favorite, along with a million other Malaysians and other people as well.
I would normally have a simple meal cooked with just water and the noodles,when I am really lazy, or add in garlic, onions, vegetables and an egg.
This one in the picture however is a little bit more elaborate. I have chopped celery, tomatoes, carrot, garlic, onions, birds eye chilli and add in anchovies, a pinch of belacan in the pot and bring to a boil, then add in noodles and soup powder. Once the noodle cake is soft, I added the crab filament sticks. You can add in prawns, or cabbages, broccoli or cauliflower too, if you so desire. And an egg according to taste. . .
And there you have it, a quick nutritious bowl of noodles, though some people might beg to differ as they think the noodles have too much MSG or such. . . But well, it works for me!!!!
