How to make homemade Aussie Beef Stew

I made a simple Aussie Beef Stew, one of my favorite comfort food with the Aussie Black Angus Striploin...

It is simple and healthy, and you can make it too if you like but since in my house there's only my daughter and me, I made just a small portion.. You can add on if you like...

Ingredients :-
1 whole bulb of garlic
1 yellow/ sweet onion
3 small stalks of celery
1 tomato
1 carrot
1 potato
1 small box beef stock
3 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp corn starch mix with water
1 Aussie Black Angus Striploin steak (cut into medium sized chunks...)

Just so you know, Aussie Black Angus Striploin is a premium beef with great flavor, tenderness, and juiciness that discerning chefs would use for their masterpiece, and Australian grass-fed beef is naturally low in fat and cholesterol, while offering a higher level of Omega 3 fatty acids... So this is a very yummy and healthy piece of red meat to get, even for you discerning health concious people watching your food intake...

Making it is just so easy, as first, you heat a little oil in your pot...

Then add onions and garlic, and stirfry till fragrant...

Then add celery, carrots, potatoes in, and your beef stock...

Then add your Aussie beef, followed by the oyster sauce, pepper and any sugar or salt to taste if you need, and the corn starch to thicken the gravy a bit, followed by the tomato....

Simmer the whole pot for 15 minutes or so on slow fire until meat, carrots and all are reasonably soft... Then you can serve it...

The result is a warm bowl of goodness of tender Aussie meat and vegetables to warm the stomach and heart, and it can be eaten with some garlic bread, french baguette or if on a budget like me (or rather I could not find any french baguette at my place, just bread) ...

Australian beef (and lamb) are a great
delicious and healthy choice for beefing
up your high-quality protein needs, as it
provides us with a host of essential nutrients and minerals for good health, including Iron, Zinc, Omega-3 and B vitamins!!!
