Food Review 2020 - 10 Binjai and 39 Restaurant, Perdana KLCC, KL



Perdana Kuala Lumpur City Centre (Formerly known as PNB Perdana Hotel & Suites On The Park, Kuala Lumpur) begin the new year of 2020 with the launch of their new food promotions menu....


This includes putting together a couple of fusion delights exclusively available @The 39 Restaurant and some traditional Authentic Malay cuisines served @10Binjai Restaurant...

Visitors and foodies alike will be  captivated with the unique dishes prepared by Perdana KLCC experienced culinary team lead by Executive Chef, Chef Amran... 

Chef Amran, who has more than 26 years of experience in culinary industry says that new food dishes are introduced every quarter to offer a wider selection of irresistible dishes... As well as a way to add value for customers as in ensuring consistency in terms of the taste, quality and overall food presentation...           

Situated at the 39th floor of the Hotel, The 39 Restaurant offers a panoramic view and beautiful surroundings while guests indulge in the delectable food... 


The new Fusion dish that was introduced was the Grilled Salmon with sweet and sour sauce (RM42.00nett) and Rosemary Lamb (RM45.00nett)....


The Grilled Salmon with sweet and sour sauce was inspired to embrace a healthy lifestyle as salmon is rich of omega 3-fatty acids which is good for health, mind and body.....


On the other hand, the tenderness of the lamb make it the right option to be featured as one of the new food promotion....   

Located next to the Hotel’s lobby, 10Binjai Restaurant offers diners a cosy ambiance in a modern contemporary concept....



The new tantalizing menu that are being featured are Nasi Kukus Daging Gulai Kawah, Ayam Penyet and Laksam...


Nasi Kukus Daging Gulai Kawah (RM25.00nett) offers diners a combination of braised beef tenderloin with potato, steamed rice, salted eggs and sambal belacan.....


Ayam Penyet (RM22.00nett) which was inspired from the Minang and Indonesian cuisine incorporates Javanese crispy chicken with special chilli paste served with rice and fermented soya beans...


Last but not least, we have the traditional Malay Laksam (RM18.00nett) which consist of traditional homemade rice flour noodles with fish gravy, shredded vegetables and sambal.... I first tried this dish at Perdana Kota Bahru abd have loved it since then...  

Each item of the menu have been carefully prepared and selected to ensure the uniqueness of the menu..
