Jalan Jalan Japan Skypark One City

"I'm gonna pop some tags, only got twenty dollars in my pocket,
I, I, I'm hunting, looking for a come-up, this is f***ing awesome...
I wear your granddad's clothes, I look incredible

I'm in this big **s coat from that thrift shop down the road..."

If you are like me, or others who barely earn enough to splurge on shopping, but still need to go shopping or of you just love shopping for bargains..., be sure to head over to Jalan Jalan Japan shop at SkyPark One City..

I often head there whenever am around USJ area and I promise you that with their new makeover, the store is just so huge...

Let me share some of whats  new... The old entrance to JJJ is now the exit! To enter, you have to head one more floor up to the glass sliding door... However, customers on wheelchairs or mommies with baby strollers may still enter via this door-the exit door....

There are now just so many new display shelves and railings displaying all those interesting items JJJ has for sale...

You can find a whole load of Japanese plushies.. I can never resist this because I can find affordable collectible plushies from Disneyland/Disney Store and Sanrio originals here for a steal.. those of you who have shopped for plushies or things at Disneyland, Disney Store or Sanrio will know what I mean...

Baby strollers are right after the plushies... there are a big selection for you to make your choices! Naturally as in every thrift or 2nd hand shop or "bundle" shop as the Malaysians love to call it, you really have to check the items yoi want to buy carefully before purchase as these are preloved items and not NEW and JJJ have a strict NO RETURN policy.

It is stated there and I am reminding you too, that all items are sold As-Is with faults (scuffings, scratches, tears, stains etc.. as these are preloved goods and not NEW.)

You'd love the new ladies handbags display system as it is so much more convenient looking for the one that catches your eyes... and yup.. within 4 minutes of browsing.. I found my new best friend...

The thing with these thrift or "bundle" shops, you’ll never know what you can find there...

For example... So if you want really great deals, do look inside their glass shelves,... For example- I peeked in some of the shelves.. one holds a suit by Comme des Garçons, a leading Japanese brand, founded by Rei Kawakkubo. As you can expect, there is onle one of it's kind, and it is in Medium size. If it fits you, add this to your wardrobe and you’ll look like a young man with great taste in fashion.

In another shelf, I found my next purchase.. a lovely scarf from Zara Woman...

I also found a Coach sling bag, as well as a tote bag from Longchamps but it was a bit stained... and all these amazing items at only a fraction of the original store prices. Remember to check for flaws before you purchase!

I also love the new shoe racks for better display of shoes, and there are just so many patterns and fashion you can choose from...!

Head downstairs and you can find some Kimono and all the accessories you might need for any Bon Odori or other Japanese culture festivals you might attend here in Malaysia

I must say I was bowled over with the large selection of preloved surfboards, wetsuits ,golf bags, golf clubs etc

This is handy as I am kinda planning to take up diving so now I know where to find some affordable wetsuit...

The fitting rooms are now relocated near the cashier’s counter as well for security purpose...So you can now try your clothes with mind comfort...and just take what you want to the cashier counter nearby

I think they also had some new lighting installed... as  stepping into JJJ, you find the place brightly litted and you can see everything jist perfectly well...

And if you want to know what I got... can you believe me, I got these for just less then RM50!!!

For your information.. that teddy bear is a Disney Store UniBearSity collectible, the bag and beige shawl is from Zara Woman and that pink dolphin shopping bag is from the Churaumi Aquarium from Japan..

...and I got a branded crystal plate from Baccarat for a gift for someone for RM60, if you think RM60 is expensive, yes it is... but Baccarat is a super expensive crystal brand the super rich affords like Noritake China or something... and this little plate is probably about RM300 at the boutique...huhuh...

Anyway I am so loving my finds... and want to go back for more... anyone want to follow me???
