I am someone who loves to snack!!! And sometimes the snacks I choose are pretty unhealthy… so I try my best to balance up my snacking with adding healthy snacks and one of those healthy snacks would be dates!!!
Did you know dates are high and provide us good energy… and it is also high in natural fibre, with nearly 8g of fibre in 100g of dates. This natural fibre helps to regularise bowel movements, ease constipation and improve overall digestive health.
Dates are also a rich concentration of antioxidants which can be beneficial for your cardiac and pulmonary health, making them one of the most ideal heart-healthy foods, and after going through the pandemic, most of us need to consume heart - healthy food more!!!
One of the best reasons to eat dates is that it reduces our cholesterol and can help to manage your weight.

Roll the dough into small balls and arrange onto the prepared baking tray, spacing the cookies about 2 inches apart.
Press them down gently with a fork
