Annyeong Da Men: K-Wave Festival

Annyeong DA MEN, the K-Wave Festival has been officially launched! And there are just so much K-pop vibes that are heart pumping and exciting from adorable preschool k-poppers to K-pop teenage /youth dancers… All from REDMOUSE Dance Academy and Q-Dees Kemuning Utama  and MK Studio!!

Yours truly was over at the DA MEN Mall where there were just so much korean shopping, food, fun and atmosphere that so reminded me of my time in South Korea..

Be sure to take the chance to browse at the K-fashion pop-up stores from Shoopen and SPAO and also partake in all those super irresistible delicious K-Food yummies!

For those who love delving into foreign culture, be sure to take the opportunity to learn and experience Korean culture!

You can actually learn some Korean phrases, watch k-dramas or dress up in a traditional hanbok and take some pictures at the colourful and picture worthy backgrounds called #coloursofdamen… and if you share your pics on your social media with the hashtag, you might just stand to win some special prizes

A little bird told me there are also lots of giveaways from K-popped!, the special partner with DA MEN for this event!

And well, for those of you missing the famous SongSong couple, do head over to Dal.Komm Coffee Malaysia, Lower Ground Floor, DA MEN Mall to watch the iflix K-movie screening of Descendants of the Sun at 7pm, Friday, 29 Sept 2017 … besides that there will be screening of A Werewolf Bpy and also Train to Busan..

Tickets are RM10 and inclusive of a 2-month iflix subscription, dal.komm coffee & pastries, and exclusive studio & iflix merchandise! How cool is that..

Looking for your favourite banana milk.. or even the Spicy Ramen and other Korean goodies, be sure to check out a wide variety of Korean snacks & confectionaries at the Shin Sun Mi Market at Lower Ground Floor, DA MEN Mall from now till 1st October.

You can also participate in the free cooking workshops and try your hand at making popular Korean dishes like Kimbap or Kimchi Fried Rice…

We were over at DA MEN recently and were bowled over by the kids from Q-Dees Kemuning Utama…

And we also loved the Korean dishes served at Oiso, traditional Korean Restaurant..I had some seafood ramen and Jeju tangerine juice which were just so heavenly…
