NaViX- your Natural Secret for Vitality and Combating Stress...

Stress is such an awful word and an even more worse feeling… and I have been given a whole shit load of stress lately, from my husband getting his 3rd stroke and temporary losing the left side function of his body, to family members pressuring me here and there, managing my teenager, juggling work and trying to make ends meet…

The stress has been overwhelming and if I do not think of my two daughters who are practically the only thing keeping me, or rather forcing me to be sane and grounded, I would have gone of the rockers and probably hurl myself off some building from what I am undergoing..

Then there are projects and sponsors to chase and manage and all… my brain is just overwhelmed and so are my emotions.. and well, this would also be because, some family members of mine expect me to be free 24-7 since I do not hold a steady job, and they seem to think money fall from the skies or grow on trees for me, and I should be at their beck and call any time…

Everyone knows stress is a weapon of mass destruction. You have to control it and prevent it from destroying us!

Sadly, some people, don’t believe in stress – probably because they are living in denial.. and what it can do to your body. These people brush off stress with just a little feeling of tiredness, edginess and something trivial….

So what is Stress?
Stress is a measurement of our mental and physical resistance to circumstances beyond our control. It happens when you receive threats, demands or when you are struggling and feeling uncertain.

Stress normally comes with the loss of a vital connection through death or the emotional longing for someone who is unavailable, especially a spouse or family members; financial problems; being overworked at your job, at home, or in your studies; caretaking; workplace and personal relationship struggles; divorce; and other fears of loss and inability to meet external demands.

When we encounter a stressful situation, stress hormones flood our bloodstream so that you can respond quickly and with strength.

Stress produces increased heart rate, breathing, blood pressure, and muscle tension that serve to supply adequate blood to your brain and musculoskeletal system. Higher levels of free fatty acids and blood sugar are released to give us instant energy to survive any emergency. This is known as the “fight or flight response.”

However, when it is during emotionally stressful situations, that comes from ongoing work, financial worry, or personal relationships when you will usually “suck it up,” and this is bad as we are actually storing the stress internally. As a result of this, we start feeling helpless or futile, and this cause our stress hormones to continue to surge.

When the above happen in a long period of time, it can cause oxidative damage to tissues in the body that leads to inflammation and cause headache, neck ache, ulcers, allergies, and lack of sexual desire. Too much stress exhausts our body and causes us to “burn out” and this accelerate the aging process, harm our immune system, and even shrink vital brain tissue resulting in memory loss and problems with concentration, just what that happened to my husband too...coupled with his addiction for cigarettes and unhealthy food

Acute stress is the leading cause of sudden death, especially in young healthy people with no evidence of coronary disease. But it can fell people at any age as it contributes to high blood pressure (hypertension), a risk factor for cardiovascular problems such as heart failure and sudden cardiac death and heart enlargement….

And this is not all, there are just so many diseases ready to bring us down just because of stress…

I was really thankful when I was introduced to NaViX, a product from DJ Moment, a company by Dato’ Hjh Jahlilawati Abu Bakar or more fondly known as Dato’ Jah, a dynamic woman who made her own success via a few network marketing...

Ashwagandha Extract is an Indian Ginseng herb which has been used in Ayurvedic alternative treatments for over 3,000 years… Ashwagandha is ideal to be used for arthritis, anxiety, trouble sleeping (insomnia), tumors, tuberculosis, asthma, a skin condition marked by white patchiness (leukoderma), bronchitis, backache, fibromyalgia, menstrual problems, hiccups, and chronic liver disease. Ashwagandha is also an “adaptogen” to help the body cope with daily stress, and as a general tonic and for improving thinking ability, decreasing pain and swelling (inflammation), and preventing the effects of aging. It is also used for fertility problems in men and women and also to increase sexual desire.

Maca Extract comes from a plant that grows in central Peru in the high plateaus of the Andes Mountains. It has been cultivated as a vegetable crop in this area for about 2000 years. Maca looks like a radish, and it is a relative of the radish but what makes it valuable is the roots, which is used to make medicine. Maca is good for those with "tired blood" (anemia); chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS); and enhancing energy, stamina, athletic performance, and memory. People also take maca by mouth for female hormone imbalance, menstrual problems, symptoms of menopause, improving fertility, and sexual dysfunction caused by antidepressants, weak bones (osteoporosis), depression, stomach cancer, leukemia, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, erectile dysfunction (ED), to arouse sexual desire, and to boost the immune system.

  5. You can do it kak...somewhere in there you mentioned that if we are stressed out emotionally, we tend to just suck it up so it kind of tears down from within...probably akak can find a way to go to gym or go for a jog and vent out some frustration with kickboxing...? i think it would help...coz like you said stress actually just fuels us with more strength...so maybe putting some good use to that excess strength will do your body good too?
