recipes to try:Simple sauteed mushrooms

I decided to make an English breakfast meal this morning consisting of sauteed mushrooms, scrambled eggs and English Breakfast sausages with salad tossed in organic balsamic vinegar.
I tried out my recipe half improvised from some recipes online and hey.. The mushroom tasted awesome!!!
I got some swiss brown mushrooms for this.

Heat the olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat until the butter melts.
Add the mushrooms, onions and garlic. The mushrooms will absorb all the fat in the pan.
Sprinkle with the salt / or drizzle with light soya sauce and stir with a wooden spoon until the mushrooms start to release their moisture about 2 to 3 minutes.
Increase the heat to medium high so that you hear a steady sizzle; stir occasionally. In about 5 minutes, when the "gravy" lessens and the mushrooms start to brown, just stir every minute or so for another minute.
Turn off the heat and toss the mushrooms with the parsley and slight pepper to taste. Serve.
