Anyway, I bought two slices of salmon fish from Giant for about RM12.00
Then some mixed salad and broccoli.
I made the marinate by chopping some garlic, then combining a mixture of 1/4 cup of freshly hand squeezed lemon juice, 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1/4 cup of light soya sauce and 1/4 cup water.
Marinate the fish for 1-2 hours.
Then use olive oil to grill/pan fry the marinated salmon until it turns brownish.
Then, wash/rinse salad and arrange around plate. Stirfry the broccoli with left over olive oil and sprinkle some of the leftover marinate and garlic over the broccoli until the colour turns greenish.
Take out and arrange on plate.
The dish is served. Enjoy.
