Anchor branded Desserts you should get your hands on....

So yours truly was down in Malacca to check out a brand new Pastry House, the Yeast Pastry House located along Jalan Kota Laksamana 3/8. Run by  Mr Poh, ok, so maybe the Yeast Pastry House is not so new, but this shop was since the old Yeast Pastry House relocated to a new place a few doors away.

Yeast Pastry House is said to serve or sell premier delicious bread and pastry and it is one of the most popular bakeries or pastry house in Malacca. You can tell by the crowd that throng the Pastry House...

The owner of the shop, Mr Poh went all the way to Taiwan to study and perfected his pastries making  before returning here to Malaysia to start his own business...and that is why his pastries, cakes and bread is a class above the rest....and of course, people do not mind paying extra for quality premier pastries...

Anyway, yours truly was here to actually check out Fonterra Foodservices Malaysia which embarked on their Anchor Say Cheese campaign, a campaign to introduce their best-selling Anchor Cream Cheese to the general public through exclusive edition Anchor -branded dessert creations.

Yeast Pastry House was selected to be Anchor's selected bakery partner for Malacca..

These delectable cream cheese indulgenceswould be the Kaien Chizu Tart, Winter Magma and Karui Snow Cake, and were created by Fonterra's own in-house patiserrie chefs using Anchor Cream Cheese, and other Anchor products such as Anchor Cream, Anchor Butter and Anchor Cheese Slices. The divine creamy goodness and taste will definitely leave dessert lovers like yours truly here also.... craving for more....

For fans of fruity flavoured pastries, I am sure they would be delighted to indulge in the Karui Snow Cake.  It is topped with a buttery almond crumble. This petit vanilla chiffon cake is amazingly light and very delicate to taste with mango passion cream cheese filling...

Personally I truly enjoyed the taste of this lovely cake , It was a delight to the senses...especially when it comes to the filling... It does somewhat resemble one of those Hokkaido cakes you can get nowadays but with more ummmppphh and flavour....

I highly recommend this to the ladies.... hehehe, because I think the ladies will derive pure bliss indulging in the Karui Snow Cake...

The Winter Magma is a melt-in-your-mouth Chocolate Souffle all chocolate lovers will love, with an Anchor Cream Cheese centre and tastes absolutely divine...

You have a choice as to consume it chilled or warmed... and both are pretty delicious options, though I have to say I prefer it warmed.....

By the way, do you know how long it is to make this Winter Magma creations ?!! Mr Poh, the owner of Yeast Pastry House admitted it was a hard task and it takes him and his staff a painstaking 4 hours to get it made to perfection the way it is...That is how much, love , care and effort it is to get this made perfectly...

Get yourself a box of four, which contains two Karui Snow Cake and two Winter Magma for just RM18.00 per box... it would be the perfect dessert or snack to serve up some of your important guests or just to let your family indulge in...

This Kaien Chizu Tart is a sea salt cream tart with a rich cheese filling, topped with melted sliced cheese.  The distinct taste of sea salt complements the tart's luscious cheesy flavour....

This is definitely a huge treat for cheese cake fans... and even if you are not.. you probably would enjoy it for the crust itself...

My husband hates cheese... but he was seen happily munching on the crust while leaving the centre cheesy part to me and my daughter... hehehe , but that would be probably because of the light white chocolate coating around the crust which makes it scrumptious and somewhat crispy to taste...

In case you do not know it, Anchor Cream Cheese, Anchor Cream, Anchor Butter and Anchor Cheese Slices are imported from New Zealand best known for the purity and crisp surroundings..

These desserts took months to create and to perfect and are definitely in line with current world desserts trend whereby Korean and Japanese inspired desserts (among other things) are all the rave....

Yeast Pastry House also served us amazing cappucino to go with our mouth watering dessert...

My daughter loved the Karui Snow Cake  and is seen here half salivating over it... LOL

And well, here are other interesting buns baked fresh from the oven that Yeast Pastry House is well known for ...

Customers deciding which pastry they want... and the small crowd on the back....It certainly was not easy taking pictures here because Yeast Pastry House is pretty busy...

And oh.... the tantalizing cakes...birthdays, reunions, anniversary, retirement, festive season.... do get your cakes here... they are so pretty and tempting and they taste amazing too...

Anyway, for your information, the cream cheese indulgences are available at selected bakery partners only throughout Malaysia from now until end of October... there is just less then 2 weeks left, so hurry up and try to get your hands on some...

The Anchor cream cheese indulgences are sold in boxes of two's and fours'with pricing varying by bakery
