Random musings: 3 things you won't miss out in Seoul.... LOL

Ok, these are just some of my random musings which might seem crazy, stupid and irrelevant, but hey, this is my blog and I am allowed to do that right... so read on if you are interested to see what this almost middle age, childish, star struck unnie or ajumma have to say about Seoul... hahahaha

These are the 3 things you will not miss out on when you are in Seoul, as you will definitely come across them......

K Stars, Korean Celebrity overload.....

Basically I am NOT such a HUGE fan.. I will admit, I like seeing all these pretty Korean flower boys, after all I might be married, I might be old but hey, I am not blind and I am not dead yet... so naturally I enjoy seeing handsome, pretty people as well as any other person...

And from the time you arrive at Incheon International Airport, you are so gonna be assailed by all the posters of the top Korean celebs.... The first one I saw was of Kim Soo Hyun and also Lee Min Ho on gigantic posters at the baggage collection area after clearing immigration....

Then there was the pretty Park Shin Hye....yeah... I like seeing her too...

Head over to Myeong dong and your eyes will be watering... EXO, etc etc.....

And it is easy to see who the man of the hour is in Korea... he has definitely taken over Lee Min Ho's place... Song Joong Ki...

I swear it is as though I am haunted by him... everywhere you turn around there is a picture of him somewhere , almost!!!! He practically promotes everything from beer, Jeju Air, shirts, ice cream, and heck even BB creams and face masks!!! I wonder if I buy the face masks with Song Joong Ki or Lee Min Ho on for my husband... and make poor hubs wear it, would he look as handsome... LOL

And the latest news is he (Soong Joong Ki, not my husband... LOL) is of course gonna be Korea Tourism Organisation's Ambassador...

Someone was criticizing me on being silly to take photos of these cardboards and posters.... Of course it would be a million times better if we could see the real person in flesh but they are so popular and millions of people want to see them, so it ain't that possible, so well, why complain....just make do with whatever there is.... all in the name of pure fun...

After all those who knows me well know I only grow old and never grow up.. I am basically 18 years old inside a 40 year old woman's body... much to my children's annoyance...

Flora and fauna....

Korea or rather in this case, Seoul is gorgeously abundant with beautiful flora and fauna... and you are bound to come across them too...

Beautiful maple leaves, and water lilies....

more lilies... and these are just found at the side of the road on the sidewalk....

I know I love looking at all these gorgeous blooms....

So well... stop and smell the flowers wherever you can.. or take some pictures, like me.....

Stairs!!!!

I swear people in Seoul have absolutely high energy levels and are very fit... I do not think I really came across any fat obese people...except maybe a handful with a beer belly probably from too much rich food or drinking...

Seoul has sooooooo many stairs...From the time you get into the Seoul Metro / Subway, you will come across elevators and plenty of stairs....and you will be forced to climb stairs... no kidding.. I see old men and women struggling up stairs on their walking sticks too...

The stairs got me half begging for mercy too, being so unfit...

And I bet if I stay in Seoul for a month or two, I would be so ready to take on the KL Towerthon or race up the 4000 plus steps of the Tangga Helang Seribu Kenangan in Langkawi which I only managed to do 1/3 of the way...

And yes, for your information, all these picture of these stairs are taken in just one day.....huhuhu....I decided to take some stair pictures to see how many I came across... and these are only like half of the stairs I really came across....

I bet the Koreans from Seoul will find Batu Caves a walk in the park with all these climbing they do...

So what do you think... do my tush look firmer now... hahahaha....

Anyway whatever it is, I still had a fabulous time in Seoul and 5 days ain't enough to nail the other places I soooooo want to go to.... So it would seem a trip back there is really a necessity... after all I need to work on my tush.... LOL
