Sunway Lagoon Wildlife Park

As you all know, my daughter and I were at the launch of the new Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon Park recently.. and well, after spending time there, we decided to visit the animals at the Sunway Lagoon Wildlife Park because both of us love animals and I am just crazy over trying to take their pictures....despite having just so so cameras, since the demise of my Sony RX100....These pictures are all taken on my Samsung WB250F, and is fortunately not too bad....

Now since the Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon is situated between the Surf Beach / Extreme Park and the Amphitheatre.. I walked out that way and came towards the petting zoo, where my not-so- little girl went to feed the giant tortoise, the guinea pigs and also rabbits... She of course took the opportunity to indulge in some longkang fishing also

And in case you are wondering...the picture on top is of a fat prairie dog I caught basking on the rock.... isn't he just so cute and chubby....and below are two meerkats lazing in a rock cave...

If you are an animal lovers, you will certainly be thrilled to be able to get up close and personal with more than 140 species of exotic animals at this interactive Wildlife Park.

I know, I can spend hours here enjoying my encounter with their diverse range of birds, reptiles and mammals.

Set amidst eight acres of lush greenery and an enchanting lake, you’ll get to meet Malaysian natives like the tigers, sun bears, the mousedeer aka
Sang Kancil and more.

You will probably also meet lazy buggers... like this ferret here who is blissfully in his own dream world.....

Gorgeous, and misunderstood pythons... Did you know I used to be so freaked out whenever I see a python or any snakes... but now, I cannot resist touching them...

If you’re more of a hands-on person, you might love their Wildlife Theatre, where you get to touch, feel and learn more about our furry and not-so-furry friends.

My daughter and I were at the All Animals show and well, I think she had some fun but it was slightly dull for me, because it was mostly about birds...

..and an introduction to Shree their lovely albino python.....

Visitors and those at the little wildlife theatre are selected to be able to touch and interact with the animals... someone gets to hold Shree, and someone gets to get the birds to fly to them......that kind of thing.....

And an adorable civet cat... but no, he is off limits... you cannot touch him....

My daughter got a chance after she was selected to be "human sacrifice" to the world's most "dangerous" animals... errrmmm...... white doves??? She was in a slight huff after that.. since she was expecting maybe a raccoon or something.. LOL

Again, I insist, this show is great for kids and yes, very, very safe.... but if you're an adult expecting more, you might be disappointed... Frankly, I like the show at the Sunway Lost World of Tambun better....

You can get some pictures taken with these gorgeous macaws as well...

And do not forget to visit the very adorable marmosets...

It takes some patience in spotting them sometimes but when you do, do not forget to take a pic or two...

There are many lovely birds around and sometimes if you are lucky you can catch one of the peacocks preening themselves....

Don't forget to stop by to meet up with Zuri (the female white lion) and Zola (the sleeping prince...) hahaha

Ok... this squirrel was very random... He was in the bird enclosure stealing bird food... and was quite cooperative when I move close to take some pictures of him....

As mentioned above... do meet the sun bear.....

And also our beautiful Malaysian Tigers.... but these are not just all of the animals there are, there are many more animals around the Wildlife Park such as emu, rhea, black panther, alligators, otters, porcupines etc..etc....

So once you are tired of all those rides and water, and want to chill out, make sure you head over to Sunway Wildlife Park for some greenery and nature watching.....

Sunway Lagoon Theme Park consisting of 6 different parks (Adventure Park, Scream Park, Wildlife Park, Surf Beach, Extreme Park, Nickelodeon Lost Lagoon) is now opened to public from every Monday to Sunday ... at 10am to 6pm....

Enjoy all these attractions on offer at the normal price RM150 for adults and just RM120 for all those below 12!!!

Real advocates of the innovation, nonetheless, assert that online check liquidating can be invaluable to a few, particularly to the individuals who think about time of most extreme significance.Check Cashing Costa-mesa
