Review: Physiogel Hypoallergenic face care range

I started using Physiogel about a month ago... yeah, I know.. it was suppose to be a 2 week thingie but I was busy and things dragged on and I am a little tardy here... and for those who had read my previous post, let me share with you what I feel about Physiogel....

For those of you who have not read my previous post you can click HERE

There was the day I went for a run which happened at 10am to about 12pm and well, you would know as well as anyone else that that was when the sun was would be at its peak, and since I was in a rush early in the morning to meet up and carpool with a friend of mine, I only managed to slap on some moisturizer and somehow I grabbed the one closest to me… and I forgot all about my sunblock and SPF… sighhh…..

And since I am one of those with a fair skin, it takes no rocket scientist to know what a huge disadvantage I was at…. When I came home my skin was burning up from a bad sun burn, of course…

Fortunately I saw that I some Physiogel Hypoallergenic skin care lying around… and it was suppose to provide calming relief, daily hydration, reduce facial redness as well as relieve dry, sensitive and irritated skin… Since my skin was now in dire need of moisture and extreme tender loving care after the “abuse” it went through under the scorching hot sun, in this super hot weather,  I decided to give the cream and cleanser a try…

It is a little weird using the rinse-free cleanser since I am used to washing my face, but I was very happy to see that my make up and all came off with just a couple of swipes with Physiogel Gentle Cream Cleanser on the cotton pad .

This cleanser is suppose to contain rinse-free formulation that are specifically created for dry, sensitive and redness-prone facial skin… And it certainly was moisturising and soothing on my skin. My painful to the touch skin on my faced felt instantly soothed…

For your info, the Physiogel Face Cream Rich is a rich , nourishing daily moisturising cream that has been specially formulated for very dry, sensitive and redness-prone skin…. I gingerly applied the cream on my oh-so-sensitive skin and went to bed with it…

To my surprise, my skin was was very much soothed the next morning when I woke up… it was still slightly sensitive but very much more soothed by the Rich Face Cream I put on…

Both the Physiogel Face Cream and Physiogel Face Cream Rich are very fast absorbing has 3 benefits to it….

Hydrate – The face creams give immediate and long-lasting hydration to our skin, and yes, for sensitive and even sun burnt skin like mine… but please do not try this at home (I mean.. forget your sun block and go spend a few hours under the scorching hot sun )

Repair – The face cream formulation contains Physiogel BioMimic Technology and it is clinically proven to repair the skin’s lipid barrier.. The Physiogel BioMimic Technology has a layered structure comparable to the skin’s lipid barrier. It helps the lipid barrier by delivering lipids and other molecules similar to those found in our skin.

Calm – The Physiogel Face Cream provides calming relief for dry, sensitive and redness – prone facial skin…..

My skin definitely felt a whole load better in just a couple of days after my sun burn and upon regular use of the cleaner and cream, I felt that my skin is now more supple, well moisturised and smoother

I would so definitely be using this again too.....
