If you are a social media addict and worried about not being
able to get connected overseas, fret no more, you can now rent mobile pocket
wifi to use.
Many of my friends were surprised when they saw me continuously posting from my Instagram and Facebook while in China, and none more then myself as well...because well, practically a lot of people know how Mainland China blocks Facebook, Instagrams and a few other sites , and even when there is free WiFi around you can never access these sites....
I had gotten two mobile WiFis to use for my daughter and myself. One was from Company
A (not the real name of course, and for privacy purposes) and the other was from Wiyo.
I had to collect the Company A mobile WiFi somewhere in KL and the Wiyo WiFi from Solaris Dutamas which is just at Publika .
My daughter used the Company A mobile WiFi and I used the
Wiyo WiFi…because I was the active user, and Company A told me their pocket mobile WiFi would last just about 4 hours... whereas the Wiyo I had was said to last me a good 10 hours at least and I can also use it as a powerbank... I was impressed... hehehe
It was thanks to this that we both managed to keep in touch
with our loved ones and friends back here in Malaysia and other places.
Company A mobile WiFi lets my daughter call her friends and
sister via WhatsApp and message them, share pictures with them and also via
WeChat. But when she tried to access Facebook and Instagram, she could not do
it, than again it is hard to access any Instagram or Facebook when in China,
even Google… My daughter was quite frustrated by not being able to access
Instagram and Facebook via Company A mobile WiFi, so I allowed her to access my
Wiyo .
However , Wiyo pocket mobile WiFi was a step above it… I was
most pleasantly surprised to be able to access both my Instagram and my
Facebook without any hitch, anywhere at all….
If you are headed to China, and/or anywhere at all, you
should know which pocket mobile WiFi you would want to go for…
Thank you Wiyo for allowing me to continuously and effortlessly keep in touch with all my friends, family, followers etc..... !!!! And yes, you can share up to 10 pax per WiFi if you choose to do so... so it is even more awesome for family or group travel!!!

If someone is caught up in meeting the homeside needs when he ought to be exploring ways to serve overseas, he faces what I call the "tyranny of the immediate." Here's how it works: Close-up needs such as those in our family or home church, press in so demandingly that immediate needs begin molding life-shaping priorities. Certainly, the immediate needs are real and working to meet them is entirely legitimate. But too often, the close-up hurts and needs eclipse even greater ones an ocean away.
Acts 1:8 Foundation Why would you want to go to Asia when there are so many needy people right around here?" So reasoned my non-Christian friend as I explained that I would be going to Thailand soon to do missions work. This was some years back, but I still remember watching the concerned expression on his face. He really thought he'd made a tremendous point. He went on in a fatherly tone, trying to calm what he felt was the farthest degree of fanaticism. He was trying to reason with me on my level and spare me years of life wasted in what he thought was the "Christian Foreign Legion." I remember listening to his words with shock.
ReplyDeleteWe argue that such a hybridized approach may ameliorate systemic disadvantages that many Indigenous Australians face when considering entering small business. Data was gathered from a series of interviews with Indigenous business owners, franchise (third-party) advisors, Indigenous government agency representatives, franchisors and franchising educators. Our results highlight the pressing need to better address areas of disadvantage that have been raised in prior Indigenous Entrepreneurship and small business studies. Overall, our GROWTH-pathway approach and recommended courses of action, answer calls to encourage private sector involvement in Indigenous employment, so as to repair economic and social damage caused by the introduction of a Western enterprising culture.

Although originally touted as a business mechanism to encourage self-employment for minorities, franchising has not lived up to initial expectations. While minority ownership in franchising in the USA has shown considerable growth over the last two decades, this has not been the case for Indigenous Australians. Indigenous business ownership in franchising remains low, even though a majority of franchisors are willing to recruit Indigenous employees and franchisees. This chapter aims to open a dialogue on the relative merits of utilizing a transitional self-employment pathway for Indigenous Australians through franchising.

ReplyDeleteThis year, Queens gate Investments hired Pearl Lemon, an award-winning SEO agency based in London. Pearl Lemon is a white-minority business with remote employees in Germany, India, the US, Uganda, and the Philippines. This international agency could give Queens gate Investments a fresh perspective on SEO and digital marketing strategies. This will be a lovely addition to the great talent within the Queens gate team.

ReplyDeleteThe touchdown we’d been working so hard to develop is gone, and I have to yell for the punt team. Regardless of whether you throw the football a couple of times a game or all game long, the one thing you always want is completions. There are many factors that make completions possible - protection, running great routes, and having players who can catch and throw, are few of the major factors involved. In this article I want to give you a couple of points to work on with your QB’s so you can have fewer frustrations and hopefully more completions. To try to achieve more completions and to help improve our quarterback skills, we use an acronym called FAST.

As a coach there are many frustrating things that can happen during the course of a football game. One thing that always seems to frustrate me is when I call a pass play that I’ve been setting up all game long and at the snap of the ball everything is perfect. The defense has bitten on the fake, the defensive back has his eyes in the backfin eld, the protection is perfect, and my wide receiver is wide open. I’m thinking, “Yes, touchdown!” Then, I start to look for the football, but the QB is not ready to throw. When he fi Nally does get rid of the ball, the defense has been able to recover.
