Celebrate the December Holidays and Festivities at KIDZANIA KUALA LUMPUR

KidZania Kuala Lumpur kicks off year-end holidays with new educational shows and activities

Yours truly was at KidZania yesterday to check out the  new December Holidays edutainment shows and activities they had...

For those of you who have not been to KidZania... OMG... you really have to go there and bring your kids there!!!

KidZania Kuala Lumpur, the award-winning edutainment centre is boosting up its activity line-up for the school holidays with the introduction of a new role-play activity at the Jadi Batek establishment, a Christmas play , the RightZKeepers Show and other exciting activities and performances.

Check out the Christmas Play Production of "Jack Frost and the Search for Santa" at the KidZania Theatre. The story is about a boy named Jack Frost who wants to meet Santa .

He wanders into a snowy field, called Winter Wonderland where he meets Frosty the Snowman and eventually in the search of Santa, meets Buddy the Elf and even the Grinch before finally meeting Santa....Kids will learn about the spirit of giving and a few other lessons while acting out this play.

Then there is the KZ Ztory or the RightZKeepers Show where we follow two kids who dream about life as an adult.

One day, during recess, they find themselves in a magical place known as KidZania, a place where kids make all the rules but live and play as adults , and learn how KidZania came about from its five RightZKeepers: Urbano, Vita, Beebop, Chika and Bache the dog...

KidZania Kuala Lumpur goes beyond traditional teaching methods to explore all opportunities for kids to learn all about real life and real occupational possibilities, thus it is no wonder it is awarded "Best Experience for Kids" in Expatriate Lifestyle's Best of Malaysia Awards 2014.

Both my little girl and I also got to try our hands on batik painting at the new Jadi Batek establishment. By role playing as 'batik painters', kids like my little girl are exposed to the process ofbatik painting, with the emphasis on colour combination and also creating vibrant colours on fabric.

Malaysian Batik is very popular throughout the world for it's vibrant colours, bold prints and versatility, thus it is a very much sought after Malaysian souvenir to be bought for family and friends....

My little girl and blogger pal's little son all excited over being able to try their hands on Batik Painting

Kids being briefed on how to do their batik painting
For your information, Jadi Batek is one of the very few establishments/ activity in KidZania where parents are actually allowed to enter and also help their kids with the painting activity....

My finished product...

Then there is the Urbano House, a dedicated corner for little toddlers aged below 3. There are trained Zupervisors there who will be hosting additional activities like story telling sessions with costumed character appearances and a new little Chef activity. The little Chef activity is where Zupervisors will work with the little kids to put together simple food menus.

KidZania Kuala Lumpur comes alive this holiday season with street percussion shows, camp fire sessions and balloon sculpture activities to help get everyone in the festive holiday spirit,so be sure not to miss out on this festive fun...

Kids are recommended to take the opportunity to sign up for B.KidZanian. The kids will get their own KidZanian PaZZport and will earn stamps for every activity completed at the KidZania establishments. Every stamp acquired can help the kids advance faster through the three levels of B.KidZanian; earning them more benefits to enjoy at KidZania , including preferred access at the Airport, discounts at the National Store of KidZania, and more kidZos- the official currency for KidZania.
