TOP is championing the concept of Hygienically Clean Living to encourage cleaner laundry, more comfort and a better sense of well-being. The brand embarked on an awareness campaign to educate consumers on differentiating between visibly cleans versus hygienically clean laundry, recently and the Peraduan TOP Setia Bersamamu contest and roadshow is a continuation of the campaign.
The contest, which ran from 1st September to 10th November for a period of ten weeks, offered 10 weekly prizes and 10 top prizes for the winners which includes 5-days, 3-nights trip to Tokyo for four person, Ogawa Smart Delight Plus Massage Chair, Karcher Steam Vacuum Cleaner, LG Washing Machine, Coway Air Filter and five consolation prizes worth RM300 in the final contest held at AEON Bukit Tinggi, here today. While the weekly rounds required contestants to answer simple questions, the final round included mental and physical challenges that were designed to find the family that had the best teamwork and togetherness, as well as the best strategy. The contest aimed to reward consumers for their loyalty to the brand, and to emphasise TOP’s long-term commitment to its users. The contest received tremendous amount of support and entries and received a positive feedback from the consumers.
Marsita Bt Abd Rahman and Soraya Bt Othman finished second and third, winning an Ogawa Smart Delight Plus massage chair worth RM 11,550 and Karcher steam vacuum cleaner worth RM 5,500, respectively.

The contest was organized to support the on-going campaign roadshows that are being held nationwide to allow consumers to learn more about the brand, its cleaning innovations, the prizes on offer and to sample its detergent range.
“TOP is a family-focused brand and we found that this contest and the activities surround it such as doing laundry together, does help to bring families closer together. Our objective was to drive the awareness level of the hygienically clean living concept, reward loyal customers and to introduce our product to new customers while creating a fun and wholesome activity for families,” Ms Foo said.
For the ten families that made it to the final round at AEON Bukit Tinggi, the finale of Peraduan TOP Setia Bersamamu tested their family ties. Each family had to nominate two members, one of whom would be blindfolded while being guided by the other member. Their challenge was to remove the soil off a giant shirt using a hook within the shortest time.

Proving to be adept at working together and in taking directions, Norizahwati Razali, 34, housewives and Shahidah Razali, 39, hooked up the competition in a fastest time to win the grand prize of a 5 day 3 night trip for four to Tokyo, Japan.
“We came into the finals not knowing what the challenge would be and are so thankful to have won! As TOP users for many years, we know that it cleans more effectively and removes bacteria and mite dust for better overall hygiene and cleanliness. It feels great to be rewarded for making a better choice,” said Norizahwati.
“Thank you TOP for removing visible and invisible soil from our laundry and innovating for our better living. We love the massage chair, and had a great time during the Peraduan TOP Setia Bersamamu,” said Marsita Abd Rahman, 51, a school teacher from Teluk Intan, Perak who came in second and won a massage chair worth RM11,500.
