So this is the Samsung Service Centre here in Low Yat plaza. And this is my 2nd time here. The first time was when I had problems with my Samsung Galaxy S 3 . It always grew hot for no good reason and finally "hanged" or stuck on one page. I brought it here to check it out.
The second time was very recently when my husband's Samsung Galaxy tablet 3 "hanged" or stuck to one page yet again.
The service here is pretty good and very fast. All you have to do is get a ticket from the front and fill up a form.Wait for your number to be called and when your number is called you just have to tell them your issues and problem with your gadget and they will write a report, take your gadget from you. They will return your memory card, SIM card, battery, casing etc and inform you that the memory will be wiped clean.
Then they will ask you to sign the Service Order Sheet and send your gadget to be repaired. It will only be about 2 hours!! Pretty quick huh.
In the meantime, you can go shopping for other gadgets or go to Bukit Bintang, Times Square to "jalan-jalan"
When you return, take another number, wait for your number to be called and give the customer service your service order sheet and wait. They will call you once they have retrieved your gadget from the back.
All in all the service is satisfactory if you are not too fussy. If you expect smiles and all the niceties, don't as they are too busy dealing with hundreds of customers everyday. Naturally there could be lots of room for improvement, but like I said, the service is satisfactory.
There is a place to charge your mobiles and gadgets there if you require that, and free WiFi. You can also check out and play with the latest Samsung mobile phones there . My daughter was engrossed playing Angry Bird and Subway Surfer on the Samsung Galaxy S4 and Note 3 there....
