Raisins Cornflake Cookies recipe

Butter
227 grams or 8 oz
Sugar
3/4 Cup
Eggs
2
Self Raising Flour
2 Cups
Raisins
1 Cup. You can add few more raisins to give more flavour!
Corn Flakes
3 Cups

How to do....
Crush the Corn Flakes in a separate bowl and put them aside for later.
Then beat the butter and sugar until the mixture is light and creamy !
Add the Eggs, sifted flour and Raisins. Mixing with a wooden spoon until well combined.
Roll a heaped teaspoon of the mixture into a ball about the size of a large walnut .
Roll the ball sized mixture into the previously crushed Corn Flakes, making sure they are well coated.
Repeat this until all the mixture has been used. This will supply you with about 40-50 cookies.
Bake for 20-30 minutes in oven at about 180 degrees until the Corn Flakes cookies are Golden Brown.
They will could a little soft when you remove them from the oven but  will harden once cooled.
