Recipes: Strawberry Jam Muffins


Ingredients
(A)   100g cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 pinch of salt
(B) 2 eggs
55g caster sugar
60g melted butter oil
¼ cup strawberry yoghurt

60g Alce Nero Organic Strawberry Jam

Method:
1.       Preheat  oven to 180 ˚C degrees.
2.       Sieve (A) in bowl.
3.       In another mixing bowl, put in (B), mix well.
4.       Then add in (A), mix with a balloon whisk.
5.       Scoop the batter into a paper cup.
6.       Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
