Recipes: Fried Spaghetti


Ingredients:
·         320g Alce Nero Spaghetti
·         2 pepperoni (yellow & red)
·         2 asparagus
·         ½ long green onion
·         1 tbsp chopped garlic
·         2 tsp soya sauce
·         1 tbsp Alce Nero Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
·         1 tsp sesame oil
·         1 tbsp butter
·         Fresh Coriander

·         Salt & Pepper

Method:
1.       Cut vegetables (pepperoni, asparagus, long green onion) into chunky slices.
2.       Put olive oil, butter, and garlic in the saucepan and add chopped vegetables then fry them.
3.       Bring the pasta to boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer for 8 minutes.
4.       Drain and reserve.
5.       Put the cooked spaghetti and vegetables into the skillet, add soya sauce  and sesame oil, and fry.
6.       Add salt and pepper to taste.
7.       Garnish with a fresh coriander and serve.
