 Inspired by the goodness of Zespri Green Kiwifruit, this is how I spice up my Friday using kiwifruit? What do you all think about it.... hehehe...

Taa daaa.... Using a slice of big fat Packham pear, one kiwi, 6 seedless grapes and one tiny mandarin orange, and a teeny bit of passionfruit, this is what I came up with.....

It is attractive and tempting enough for my little girl to enjoy her fruits and the nutrition she derives from there, too!!!

Per medium fruit, the kiwi contains:
  • Calories: 42
  • Protein: 0.8 grams
  • Total fat: 0.4 grams
  • Fiber: 2.1 grams
  • Vitamin C: 64 milligrams
  • Vitamin A: 3 micrograms
  • Iron: 0.2 milligrams
  • Potassium: 252 milligrams
  • Folate: 17 micrograms.
The fuzzy little kiwi also packs in the vital nutrients vitamin E, copper, vitamin K, choline, magnesium and phosphorus.
