Scholl Velvet Smooth Express Pedi - does what it says!

I really like the Scholl Velvet Smooth electronic foot file. I had my express pedi done for free as a trial and I really enjoyed the experience.

It comes ready to use straight out of the packaging, with 4x AA bateries pre-inserted; all you have to do is remove the plastic protector tab from the base of the battery compartment and you're good to go.

Easy on the eye and comfortable to hold, the foot file has a nice sturdy weight to it, and an ergonomically shaped soft-touch anti-slip handle. It looks and feels like it's built to last.

You turn the foot file on by twisting the silver ring at the middle to the 'On' position, then press the rotating head to any hard skin. The file head gets to work in removing dead skin in super-fast time, leaving you with velvety smooth feet! It certainly beats filing by hand as I normally have to do as I am one of those unfortunate people who has cracked heels and so on. So you can see, this is pretty much heaven sent.

Reassuringly there's an in-built mechanism which automatically stops the file head rotating if you're pressing too hard, so there's virtually no chance of hurting yourself. It's all pretty self-explanatory but full instructions are also included.

One great plus point (which should prolong the lifetime and use of the unit) is that the rotating file head is replaceable; there's an eject button on the side of the unit which releases the file head, allowing you to exchange it for a new one.

After my free express pedi was done, the pedicurist applied some moisturizing cream on my feet and sprayed it with foot deodorizer making my feel velvet smooth and fragrant as mentioned.

The Scholl Velvet Smooth Express Pedi is available at leading pharmacies for RM129.90. Roller head refill packs containing two replacement roller heads are sold separately and retail for RM49.90. For your information, each roller head can be used for up to 12 treatments on both feet.
