Owning the Panasonic SD-P104 Bread Maker was a blessing, and I got to try my hands on making bread.
It was pretty convenient and easy making a bread, as long as you got the right ingredients around for your recipe..
Here is one such recipe to try....
Honey Wholemeal Bread
Serving: 1 Loaf
4 ¼ cups whole wheat flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 ½ cups cold water
¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons olive oil (or melted butter)
2 ¼ teaspoons yeast
Follow your bread machine's directions for making a wholemeal loaf.
Put the bread pan in the bread maker and set the kneading blade carefully.
It probably means putting in the dry ingredients into the bread pan first with the wet ingredients on top, leaving the yeast for the specific yeast compartment above.
Just leave it in for the bread maker to make the dough . It takes about almost five hours, and the bread maker goes through a few different cycles, including kneading, soaking, fermentation, and baking.
You can open the cover and look at what’s going on inside. It’s kind of neat seeing the dough bouncing around inside the bread pan. Near the end, there is also a countdown timer.
Once the bread maker beeped to indicate completion, you can press the “Cancel” button to turn it off and removed the bread pan from the maker. Be careful as the bread pan can be very hot.
The result of it is fluffy and delicious chewy fresh bread hot from the bread maker!!!!
Have fun experimenting if you have this bread maker.... You can create and bake a lot of things with it.
