Zespri's Exclusive Food Art Demonstration with Samantha Lee

I was very fortunate to be among a few lucky people to be invited over to the Marmalade cafe at the Publika Shopping Gallery in Solaris Dutamas today by Zespri.

What made me even more excited was the fact was I was going to meet and learn how to create some simple food art from the amazing Samantha Lee.

For those of you who do not know who Samantha Lee is, she is one of the most amazing food artist in Instagram and has a following of over 1/2 million.... check her out HERE

Anyway what was also interesting was they were also showcasing and using kiwi fruits from Zespri, my one and only choice for great kiwis. To find out more of Zespri, the health benefits you can reap from eating and enjoying kiwis, read further and also visit HERE
Kiwis, one of my most favourite fruits ever and in two variants!!!! The green one and the yellow ones. To differentiate the kiwis, the green kiwi is the hairier one and the yellow one is less hairy. The green kiwi is rich in fibre while the yellow one is more sweeter and the  vitamin C content is even much higher.
