Recipe to try: Spaghetti Seafood Marinara the lazy girl's way...

I love spaghetti. Among my favourite  is the Spaghetti Seafood Marinara.
Today I decided to try my hand on making my own.

The result? Pretty yummy, actually.

Here I am going to share how to make my Spaghetti Seafood Marinara the lazy girl's way.

Ingredients:
1 x  large onion
8 x cloves of garlic
1 x anchovies cube (I used Knorr)
1 x can of tomato puree
1 x can of Prego garlic, basil tomato pasta sauce.
1/2 packet of spaghetti
5 - 6 tbs of olive oil
3 x medium sized squid (cleaned and cut in rings)
9 x medium sized prawns (shelled, deveined)
6-9 x mussels or handful clams or scallops (as desired)

Cook spaghetti as directed on pack. Normally it is in a pot of water and salt. Once done, stir butter or olive oil in with the spaghetti.

I dry blended the onion and the garlic. Pour some olive oil into the saucepan and then put in the/your seafood until they are lightly cooked. Remove the seafood and then put in the onions/garlic mixture.

Then put in the anchovies cube, and the tomato puree and Prego sauce. Stir until well mixed and the cube is dissolved.

Then take out sauce. When you want to eat it,  mix the spaghetti and sauce and seafood in a pan, stir for a few minutes over fire until well mixed and serve hot.
